We believe that most knowledge comes from sharing. That's how we arrived at this precious collection of recipes. Hidden for years in our mothers' old kitchen, we were lucky enough to dust them off and bring them with us to our New Haven, Lisbon.

When you enter the new Tantura restaurant, in Bairro Alto, you feel like walking around, before choosing a table, to take a peek at the five drawings displayed on the wall.
